Newfangled is a free site style from Free CSS Templates that has now been WebGUI-ified.

It has been released under a Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License ( http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.5/ )
This essentially means it's free to use it for both commercial or personal use as long as you give some credit to the original author.

Additional features of the WebGUI version of Newfangled include:

    * Newfangled Page Style and three-column Newfangled Page
      Layout Template.
    * Custom Asset Templates for a variety of assets, including:
       o Two different article templates (Boxed Style - designed 
         for the side columns and Post Style designed for the 
         middle column) - this adds funky rounding on the corners
         depending on which column it's in.
       o A collaboration system template also using the boxed
         style but including post information such as username
         and date edited, and
       o A navigation system template wrapping the above menu item
         Please note that the navigation system is designed for a
         maximum of FIVE entries only.  You'll want to use a 
         vertical nav system if you need more than this.

I've removed the sample pages and instead made it ready for the base webgui site instead as I think this will better reflect how people are going to use it and experiment with it.
I've also fixed up a few template issues that were causing it to not validate properly and added a login box and admin toggle.
